Fortnite's Season 9 Week 3 challenges are now live in the game. Completing the Fortnite Season 9 Week 3 challenges will help players level up their battle pass, plus give them the chance to find a secret battle star to advance an entire tier once they've completed all of the challenges.

Once players have managed to complete the Fortnite Season 9 Week 3 challenges, the Season 9 Week 3 battle star can be found at Junk Junction. On the south side of the area, just outside of the junkyard gates, players will spy a semi truck with vehicles stacked on its trailer. This includes a green RV, an ice cream truck, and an upside down car with a bookshelf on top of it.

Climb to the top of these vehicles to find the Fortnite Season 9 Week 3 battle star. Again, the Season 9 Week 3 battle star won't appear until players have managed to complete all of the Season 9 Week 3 challenges, so those that plan to collect it should definitely keep that in mind.

For the most part, the Fortnite Season 9 Week 3 challenges are fairly straightforward. Most of the challenges are self-explanatory, requiring players to land in specific spots of the map or loot chests in designated areas. However, there is one challenge that may throw players off a bit, and that is to throw the flying disc toy and catch it before it lands.

To complete that challenge, Fortnite players first need to unlock the flying disc toy by reaching tier 35 in their battle pass. When that's done, they need to equip the flying disc toy as one of their emotes. Then it's just a matter of getting into a match, looking straight up into the sky, throwing the flying disc toy, and catching it before it hits the ground.

Once players have complete the flying disc toy challenge and other challenges in Fortnite Season 9 Week 3, they will be free to collect the battle star Junk Junction. Needless to say, fans will likely be happy to collect this battle star, as Season 9 Week 2 only had a Fortbyte to collect instead.

Fortnite is out now in early access for iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
