Fortnite players are now treated with a new week of challenges, as season 6 hits the midway point. These challenges are rather straightforward, requiring players to deal damage and execute eliminations. However, one of the more difficult challenges requires players to find radar signs and pass them going at a speed over over 27 MPH. Nevertheless, those who manage to complete these tasks are rewarded with a free tier once they've found the week's hidden battle star.

Now, it's worth mentioning that this season has been alternating weeks where players find battle stars with weeks where players find hidden banners. To the excitement of many, Fortnite's season 6 week 5 is a week with a hidden battle star, which can be seen in this week's loading screen (as seen above). This week's clue is located in the top left corner of the loading screen where players can see the outline of a battle star in the window of a tower.

This hint leads to Haunted Hills where players can find this week's battle star. It's rather straightforward, but for those having difficult finding it, here's a map showing the exact location:

Of course, it's worth reiterating that players will need to complete all season 6 week 5 challenges before this battle star will appear, as is the case with previous weeks. For those who are trying to catch up with all the battle stars and banners for this season from previous weeks, their locations can be found here.

Beyond this week's weekly challenges, players also have the Halloween-related challenges for the Fortnitemares event to complete. Doing so will reward players with a unique glider that is likely to be the envy of many, with those challenges being rather straightforward as well. One that requires a bit of patience and know-how is the challenge requiring players to dance at five different gargoyles.

Fortnite is out now in early access for iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
