Fortnite is currently into week 13 of its current season and there's a lot of things to dig up. One of the most elusive collectibles to find are the XP coins that are scattered throughout the map. These coins can really help with the progression of the player and they can be tricky to find. Once they're all gathered up, there's a slew of unlockables players can indulge themselves in. Of course, Fortnite is known to have well-hidden items and secrets abound throughout its map and the XP coins are no exception.
The XP coins in Fortnite range in varying amounts. They typically range from 5,000 to 15,000 XP based on their color. These coins have been mysteriously missing the last couple of seasons and now they're back. It's reasonable to assume that they will be sticking around for the rest of the season, but that's not confirmed at this point. Currently, there are 10 XP coins sitting around the Zero Point map every week. Since we're at week 13, the following is where players can find them.
Green Coin Locations
- First Coin - Way off on the edge of the main island, there's a small isle west of Coral Castle. The coin will be around there.
- Second Coin - Over at the Craggy Cliffs, there will be a coin hiding on the southeastern corner.
- Third Coin - At the sound end of the Catty Corner, there's a small shop there. The coin will be near the proximity to it.
- Fourth Coin - There's a small grouping of houses southbound of Misty Meadows. The coin will be found in that area.
Blue Coin Locations
- Fifth Coin - Around Hydro 16, there will a dam there. The coin will be found next to it.
- Sixth Coin - Near Coral Castle, there's a collection of waterfalls there. This coin will be found between them.
- Seventh Coin - In the desert region of the map, there's a knee-deep river there. This coin can be found at the northwestern intersection of it.
Purple Coin Locations
- Eighth Coin - Look for a field that's southbound of Steamy Stacks. The coin will be hiding there, waiting to be plucked.
- Ninth Coin - Look for a blue house in Retail Row. There will be a dirt road that heads northwest and the coin will be found adjacent to it.
Gold Coin Location
- Tenth Coin - In the southeast corner of the Colossal Coliseum of the Zero Point map, there will be a staircase that's hiding in plain view. Head down that staircase and head to the bunker below. To the right-hand side of the bunker, there will be a vent on the wall. Enter the vent and make the first left that players will come across. This is where the last coin will be found for week 13 of Fornite.
