It’s week 8 of Season 5 in Fortnite, which means there is a new set of challenges for players to complete and make further progress with their Battle Pass. As always, the challenges for the week range from fairly straightforward to cryptic, with the one most players are unsure of being the “Search Between Three Oversized Seats.”

While it’s not important to know what Epic Games means by “three oversized seats,” there are large, chair-like structures in Fortnite’s Battle Royale map. All three are located in the Southwest region of the map and feature different themes. There is a large wooden chair near Shifty Shafts, a giant toilet near Flush Factory, and a chair made of shipping containers to the east of the area.

If players calculated the central point of those three chairs they will be led to a small mountain. Head there and look for a patch of dirt. As soon as players get there the star will appear. Collect it to complete the challenge.

As with most Fortnite challenges, this one is all about understanding the map. If players have noticed that there are three objects that look like chairs, they would know where to look and eventually discover the star on their own. However, most players are simply focused on completing their Battle Pass and would rather not spend time searching, especially when enemies could be nearby trying to take them out.

Other challenges for this week include eliminating opponents at Greasy Grove, then Lonely Lodge, and finally Fatal Fields; dealing 250 pickaxe damage to opponents; using a rift at 10 different locations; placing a total of 10 traps; searching 7 chests in Wailing Woods; and finally getting 4 shotgun eliminations. Most of those should be fairly easy, especially considering how strong shotguns have been in Fortnite.

There isn’t much time left in Season 5 of Fortnite, as the game is clearly building towards its next, season-changing event. As of now, a mysterious cube has appeared on the map and it has begun to leave symbols on the ground. One theory claims that the symbols suggest Tilted Towers is in trouble, but things could change as the cube evolves.

Fortnite Battle Royale is available now for PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and iOS.
