Being such a massive game with an ever-growing player base, it's no surprise that fans are bound to encounter some strange glitches in Fortnite. The popular battle royale has been going strong for years now, and as Fortnite has continued to quickly grow, such bugs are usually squashed by Epic Games as quickly as possible, though, that may depend on the size and severity of such issues.

Just yesterday, some Fortnite players encountered a severe glitch which made them unable to play the new Team Up! Aloy and Lara LTM which was scheduled to go live on the same day. Though Epic Games tried to fix the issue, the LTM ultimately had to be disabled and delayed to sometime next week. Now, fans have discovered a possibly game-breaking glitch that seems to randomly flips their screen in the middle of a match.

While Season 6 has introduced a variety of new bugs and glitches, this may be the most detrimental yet. On various social media platforms, fans and professional Fortnite players alike have expressed frustration over the new glitch, which temporarily flips players' field of view a full 90 degrees. Of course, in the heat of battle this can be incredibly disorienting, likely costing many players their match if they are unlucky enough to encounter it in the middle of a fight.

At the time of this writing, Epic Games has not commented on the issue, though it is likely that it will be investigated and fixed as soon as possible. Fans have expressed that although the glitch is strange and frustrating, they're glad that they aren't alone in experiencing it, and have shared laughs over clips of themselves encountering it. For whatever reason, it seems that in some situations, the glitch can be triggered by hitting a truck with one's Pikaxe to get Mechanical Parts. Unfortunately, some players have reported dizziness as a result of the glitch and, while not confirmed as of yet, it seems that those experiencing flipped screens are primarily PC players.

Aside from this, players have also encountered a glitch during Chapter 2 Season 6 which allows them to gain unlimited health by manipulating the Slurp Mushhroom and Porta-Potty. Another glitch this season saw Epic Games accidentally release a Lobby Track meant for the Battle Pass into Fortnite's in-game Item Shop.

Chapter 2 Season 6 has been one of the most transformative Fortnite seasons yet, brining players new wildlife, a weapon crafting mechanic, Primal and Makeshift weapons, and much more. It will certainly be interesting to see what else Epic Games has in store for players during Season 6.

Fortnite is currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
