While Epic Games' hit battle royale Fortnite has become known for its numerous crossovers, it seems the developer's healthy relationship with DC Comics has proven itself time and time again. With a plethora of DC heroes and villains like Batman, Aquaman, the Joker, and Harley Quinn making it into the game, it's really no surprise that Batman now has his own spinoff comic with Fortnite in Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point.

Chapter 2 Season 6 of the game also brought fans Teen Titans' Raven as a Battle Pass skin, along with multiple style options. Earlier this month, Fortnite added another member of the Teen Titans with Beast Boy, along with a Teen Titans Cup. Now, it looks like it's time for a villain to take the stage, as an all-new Deathstroke skin and the limited-time Deathstroke Zero Cup have been announced for the game.

Today, Fortnite announced that the Deathstroke Zero skin and other cosmetics will be available for purchase in the in-game shop starting June 1. However, if fans want to get their hands on the skin early, anyone with an account level 30 or above can compete in the Deathstroke Zero Cup on May 27 for the chance to earn Deathstroke Zero and Deathstroke's Katanas which act as either a Pickaxe or Back Bling.

In the Deathstroke Zero Cup, players can participate in up to 10 solo matches within their region's designated time window. Additionally, players who accrue at least 8 points will be awarded the "Slade's Watching" Spray. Along with the Deathstroke Zero skin and Deathstroke's Katanas Pickaxe/Back Bling, the Deathstroke Destroyer Glider will also be made available in Fortnite's in-game shop on June 1. However, DC Universe Infinite subscribers and fans who purchase issue #4 of the Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point comic will receive a special redeemable code for the Glider.

Deathstroke made his first appearance in The New Teen Titans issue #2 back in 1980. Since then, the villain, also known as Slade, has been cemented as a nemesis of the fictional superhero group for years. While fans are excited to see Deathstroke appear in Fortnite as well as potentially Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point, the skin's reveal has sparked debate among fans who believe that the character has never been depicted with a visible nose.

Last week, the Zero Point comic had fans speculating whether the Metroid series' Samus Aran could be coming to Fortnite. So far, the comic series has given fans a deeper look into the lore of the Fortnite universe, as well as a few other surprises. It will certainly be interesting to see which characters make it into the game next.

Fortnite is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
