Despite Season 4 still being underway, dedicated Fortnite fans continue to be on the lookout for signs of the next season. A recent leak predicts several additions to the game, all theoretically taking place once Season 5 rolls out.

Reputable leaker @HYPEX recently tweeted a list of four alleged Fortnite leaks, two of which were labeled "CONFIRMED", and two of which are listed as rather unlikely. All four potential additions are skins/cosmetics, with the two supposedly confirmed leaks being a new Renegade Raider skin and a PS5-exclusive skin.

Renegade Raider is a now-rare cosmetic that was originally available for purchase once players reached Level 20 in Season 1 of the game. The leak suggests that Renegade Raider will receive a new "Ginger Renegade Raider" skin in Season 5, based on a fan-design made last year by Fortnite streamer/concept artist @Fercho_UwU. While the tweet asserts that this skin will be available in Season 5 specifically, it doesn't make the same claim after any of the other leaks. That said, it would make sense that skins intended for the PS5 and other unreleased next-gen consoles would debut during Season 5 too.

The two unconfirmed/"unlikely" leaks are an "Xbox S"-exclusive skin and another skin designed by Fortnite-loving concept artist @sharktoofs1. Given that @HYPEX is familiar with Fortnite leaks and their uncertainty, the tweet itself claims that these two leaks are "NOT CONFIRMED" and "VERY UNLIKELY," respectively, but that may just be unnecessary precaution.

All things considered, if the PS5 is getting a unique skin, it would be expected that Xbox could manage to secure a similar deal. Epic may have some beef with Apple, but everyone else is in the clear, relatively speaking. Likewise, if one community-sourced cosmetic is making its way into the game, it wouldn't be unbelievable to say that another one might, too. Not to mention, @sharktoofs1 has already collaborated with Fortnite before with "Comfy Chomps" cosmetics, and fans would be thrilled to see Epic Games featuring two Hispanic artists.

Unfortunately, waiting is just about the most fans can do right now, though if the waiting is too much there are plenty of other imminent Fortnite leaks waiting to be confirmed. Of course, these are all still leaks, so even if they're confirmed and true, they may undergo substantial change between now and their release – the developers could change their PS5-exclusive skin idea into a PS5-exclusive weapon wrap or challenge.

Fortnite is available now on the Epic Games Store, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
