A new batch of quests is now available in Fortnite, and players can earn a variety of cosmetic rewards by completing them. In order to take on these quests, fans must join an official Fortnite Discord sever and then link their Discord account to their Epic Games account. For those players that are trying to decide if they should go through this process, a complete list of the Discord quests and the associated rewards can be found in this guide.

Before getting into these tasks and rewards, some words on exactly how to start Fortnite's Discord quests might be helpful. Upon navigating to the aforementioned Discord server, players should click on Complete at the bottom, read the rules that pop up, check the box that confirms agreement with those rules, and click Submit. Fans should then navigate to the paradise-quest channel under the Fortnite Paradise tab and click Start below the image to begin linking their accounts. Once the accounts have been linked, players should return to the paradise-quest channel, click Start once again, and then click on Get Your First Task.

While these quests are quite straightforward in their instructions, it is important to note that Fortnite players must use Discord in order to monitor their progress. This can be done by pressing the blue Current Task button in the paradise-quest channel, though the data that is displayed may not always be current. In fact, it can take up to one hour for a fan's progress to be reflected on Discord, and some amount of patience may thus be required.

One final thing to mention is that the Discord quests cannot be completed in the Team Rumble game mode in Fortnite. This certainly makes addressing the first quest a bit more challenging, though it should not have much impact on the remaining five tasks. Indeed, so long as a player can get over the initial hurdle of assisting teammates with eliminations, it will be quite easy to complete all the Discord quests before they disappear on October 2 and claim the Banner Icon, Loading Screen, and Wrap.

Fortnite is available for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
