In any competitive video game, pulling off a streak of consecutive wins is never easy to pull off, even for the best players. There are a lot of factors (from maps, to teammates, to opponents) that can break a streak, so a long run of wins is always impressive. Recently one of Fortnite's best players, and most popular streamers, took his win streak to the next level and broke a PC record for the game.

In addition to setting records for number of Twitch followers, Ninja is also breaking records in game. The star Fortnite player and streamer recently won a staggering twenty duo games in a row. Anyone who has played Fortnite knows that this is no simple feat.

There were some incredibly close calls and dicey moments during the marathon, but Ninja managed to pull through and set the new PC record for most consecutive duo wins in the game.

Here's a look at one of the highlights...

One of the things that the win streak makes clear is just how talented Ninja really is. It's obvious that he has an electric personality and viewers love spending time with him, but he's also just one of the best players out there. To maintain that level of gameplay and still be talking and interacting with chat is really a task that very few players could pull off.

As the game continues to grow, we look forward to seeing what other records Ninja, and other players, try to shatter as they get better and better.

Fortnite is available now in early access on iOS devices, PC, PS4, and Xbox One with Android support coming soon.
