One of the biggest stars in all of professional sports is coming to one of the biggest battle royales in all of gaming. Neymar Jr. has been confirmed for Fortnite. Recently Neymar Jr.'s skin in Fortnite was leaked, but Epic has just released a full trailer of the soccer player's outfit for all to see.

Fortnite has come a long way from being a game that once shocked fans by simply having an Avengers-themed game mode. Now, the crossover content is seemingly endless. This most recent example is with Neymar Jr., who now is in a battle royale just like Cristiano Ronaldo - one of his biggest rivals.

Players can start to tackle Neymar Jr.'s Battle Pass Quests beginning on April 27, 2021. By completing the quests, Fortnite players will unlock the Neymar Jr. skin as well as his primal forms, a back bling, emote, and more. In Creative Mode, there will be a player-made Welcome-Hub and island that is inspired by none other than the Brazillian soccer super-star. Additionally, will be a Neymar Jr. Cup that players can compete in.

There were rumors of Neymar Jr. coming to Fortnite via an Icon series skin, much like the likes of Ninja, Travis Scott, Marshmello, Loserfruit, and others. However, it appears that he may not technically have that definition, and instead, the skin is Epic tier and will be a Battle Pass exclusive.

Neymar Jr. recently got into the video game content creating scene as well, which likely helped his case in supplanting himself inside of Fortnite. Neymar Jr. did get himself banned from Twitch temporarily, however, but that was likely for DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) reasons. This was an issue for many streamers, not just the man on the pitch who is regarded as one of the greatest soccer players of his time.

Neymar Jr. has not been live on Twitch for quite some time though, but he is right in the middle of an intense season and UEFA Championship League run with his Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) club. He also is very much in the middle of some worldwide sports news as well, as a Super League was almost created, including only the richest and most popular of soccer teams, which happened to not quite include Neymar Jr.'s PSG. So if he could win (and he is in the Semi-final), it would be quite uplifting. Perhaps after that is complete, Neymar Jr. will jump back on stream to play Fortnite with his new skin.

Fortnite is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
