One of the Fortnite Week 14 Challenges tasks players with igiting 25 structures at either Holly Hatchery or Corny Complex. This sounds like a lot, but there's an easy method to clear the challenge quickly.
This Epic Quest must be completed before the Operation: Sky Fire event starts on September 12, or players will miss out on an easy 30K XP to unlock exclusive Battle Pass items.
How to Ignite Structures at Holly Hatchery
Holly Hatchery is the easier of the two areas to ignite structures in Fortnite. This is due to it being in such close proximity to Weeping Woods, Durrr Burger, and a gas station.
Weeping Woods is the best place in Fortnite to collect fireflies. They can be thrown at wooden buildings and other structures to set them on fire. The jars are now available while searching for loot, but Weeping Woods is still the most consistent way to collect them. Look out for an orange glow near trees and campfires to locate them. They tend to appear more often at night, but can still be found during the day.
The gas station south of Weeping Woods, and the Durrr Burger restaurant to the west of the wooded area will contain gas cans. These can be collected to use as fuel for Fortnite vehicles, or shot at to ignite structures. It’s easier to collect fireflies, but it’s good to know where to find gas cans if players can't find any fireflies during the day.
Once players have enough fireflies or gas cans, take the short journey to Holly Hatchery and start igniting structures. Any area surrounded by shrubs or trees is a good place to start the fire. Things like trees, benches, and tables will count as structures. Make sure not to stand too close to the fire, as it will spread very quickly. When the challenge is completed, players can head to the nearby IO Base if they need to complete the quest to shut down power to radar dishes in Fortnite.
How to Ignite Structures at Corny Complex
Players can find Firefly Jars at the cliff near Corny Complex if they prefer to complete the quest here. There are also a few gas cans at Risky Reels, the outdoor movie theater filled with cars. This is found west of Corny Complex. Just like Holly Hatchery, small things like fences and chairs count as structures. Remember to keep back from the area if players are firing at a gas can, as the explosion will take health and shields.
While in the area, the Legendary Quest to spoil the mole’s sabotage attempt can be completed. There's also another Epic Quest to collect foraged items at Corny Complex that players can tick-off to earn another 30K XP towards the Season 7 Battle Pass.
