Today is the 11th day of the 14 Days of Fortnite challenges, and the latest challenge will require players to play at least 11 matches of the battle royale game. In this challenge, Fortnite players have to thank the bus driver in 11 different matches, and while thanking the bus driver may be obvious to some, others may not know how to do it on their platform of choice.

Thanking the bus driver in Fortnite is easy once players know how to do it. On Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One, players simply need to push down on the d-pad while flying over the battle royale map in the bus. The bus driver can only be thanked once, and players have to do it before they jump or else they'll miss their chance.

On PC, thanking the bus driver is done a little bit differently. If using a controller, it still requires players to push down on the d-pad, but otherwise they'll want to hit "B" on the keyboard if they're using a mouse and keyboard setup. Thanking the bus driver on mobile (for either Android or iOS devices) meanwhile, requires players to touch the emote icon on the right side of the screen while they're still in the battle bus.

Playing 11 matches may seem excessive, but players can speed up the process if they want by dying as soon as they land. As long as players die or the game ends, they will get credit for the challenge, and luckily, there's no shortage of ways to off oneself in Fortnite. Common tricks players use include building a large staircase and jumping off, or simply landing near the edge of the map and falling off the side into the dangerous waters below. In fact, players could theoretically thank the bus driver, stay in the bus until it flies off the map, and then just float to the ocean without ever even stepping foot on the battle royale map proper.

Regardless of if players decide to kill themselves right off the bat or stick with each match until the end, they will complete this 14 Days of Fortnite challenge after they've thanked the bus driver in 11 different matches.

Fortnite is out now in early access for iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
