How to Get Dragon Ball Skins

The four Dragon Ball characters that have come to Fortnite are: Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Bulma. Each of the characters comes with different alt styles, and have brought with them an array of gear, including things like Goku's famous Power Pole and Kamesennin's (Master Roshi's) Shell. Players can only get Fortnite's Dragon Ball skins and most accessories by purchasing them through the item shop. Unfortunately, there isn't any way for players to earn any of the skins in-game, meaning they'll need to pay out real money if they want to run around the island as their favorite Dragon Ball character.

While a good chunk of the new crossover cosmetics in Fortnite are stuck behind a paywall at the moment, players can still earn other Dragon Ball goodies through the new "Power Unleashed!" quests. Players can complete seven different Dragon Ball-themed quest lines, tasked with raising their Power Level to become the strongest on the island, earning various themed rewards in the process. These include things such as the Dragon Radar Back Bling, Battle Pass level-ups, and the Charging Up Emote. Those who complete a quest line earn a Dragon Ball, and will unlock the Shenron Glider by collecting all seven.

Fortnite players who consider themselves skilled enough can also enter the Dragon Ball Tournament of Power. A Duos tournament, players who make it into the top half of the main leaderboard will earn the Angry Vegeta Emoticon, while Goku's Kanji Banner Icon will be given to all who earn at least eight points, with each elimination counting as one. Players who manage to get at least three points with the new Kamehameha weapon will receive the Beerus Eating Spray, showing the God of Destruction goofily eating some ramen.

Players looking to try out the new Kamehameha and Nimbus Cloud items can buy them off of the new Bulma NPC, so even if they aren't playing as Goku, they can at least pretend they are.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, Mobile, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
