How To Get The Goat Simulator Skin For Free
The new Goat Simulator game will be released on November 17, 2022; however, the Goat Simulator 3 skin will be available in Fortnite before the game's release. Players that preorder Goat Simulator 3 through the Epic Games Store before September 29, 2023, 11:59 PM ET will receive the "A Goat" outfit straight away in their Fortnite lockers.
This deal will be able for another year, so players that don't preorder Goat Simulator 3 but get it later on in the future after its release, as long as this is done before September 29, 2023, will be able to take advantage of the promotion.
When playing on Mobile, Xbox, Switch, or Playstation, one's Epic Games account has to be linked to their respective console's account in order to be able to use the skin on that platform.
It's also important to note that players that buy or preorder the game and then refund it will not be able to keep the skin in-game. It will be removed from their accounts to avoid this being done on a massive scale to take advantage of the promotion.
How To Get The Skin Without Purchasing Goat Simulator 3
For those that don't intend to buy Goat Simulator 3 or don't use the Epic Games Store, it will be possible to acquire the skin later on through the Item Shop. The "A Goat" skin is part of the Gaming Legends Icon series, so it will be worth 1,200 V-Bucks.
Players that buy the skin in-game without purchasing Goat Simulator 3 and then eventually buy the game through the Epic Games Store will receive a full refund in V-Bucks for the skin.
