With Fortnite's Season 6 in full swing, it looks as if Epic Games is getting the wildly successful multiplayer sandbox survival shooter into the fall spirit, as the studio recently brought back the Skull Trooper skin and different variants to the in-game store. Now, it looks as if the developer plans on adding even more Halloween-themed cosmetics, as a recent datamine of the title's game files has uncovered a trove of fresh skins, pickaxes, gliders, back bling, and emotes to celebrate the spooky holiday.

As seen in the image below, the Halloween-themed skins on the way to Fortnite include two Pumpkinhead characters, a couple of plague doctors, and a girl with a bullseye target t-shirt. There are also a Skull Sickle pickaxe to complement the aforementioned Skull Trooper getup, a Plague pickaxe, and one for the Pumpkinhead characters. There are also some fresh back bling pieces that include capes, a chemistry set, a llama lunch bag and the Ghostportal.

Additionally, two new gliders have been uncovered as additions to Fortnite, with one being dubbed the Crypt Cruiser glider and the other called the Plague Glider. Players also have new emotes to look forward to, with Epic apparently set to bring the likes of ElectroSwing, HeadBang, LookAtThis and Sprinkler to the free-to-play Battle Royal portion of the title at some point in the future.

As usual, once these fresh cosmetics are added to Fortnite, the game as a whole will likely have changed significantly, as Epic continues to inject the hybrid construction shooter with a myriad of fresh content each week. For instance, the studio recently added the new Disco Domination Limited Time Mode, as well as a new quad launcher weapon for players to master. With this being the case, it will be interesting to see what else Epic has in store for the game in the near future.

Fortnite is available now in early access for iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. An Android beta is currently underway.
