Samsung recently released a Galaxy-exclusive Fortnite skin called the “Glow” skin. This new skin replaces the previous Samsung exclusive skin known as the iKONIK skin, but players can still use the iKONIK skin if they’ve already redeemed it. Sadly, players have been running into errors trying to redeem the new skin. Most of these errors are on the server-side which makes it harder for players to get the exclusive skin on their qualifying Samsung devices. Here are some of the errors players are facing trying to redeem the Glow skin in Fortnite.

The Fortnite Glow skin and its new Levitate emote were both removed from the store following these error reports. Luckily, the support staff over at Samsung has been working tirelessly to fix these errors, and recent reports suggest that the skin is finally available to redeem on the store. Those who are interested in redeeming this new skin will have to ensure that their Samsung devices are supported.

Once redeemed, the Fortnite Glow skin will be available in the LOCKER and players will also receive the new Levitate emote with the skin. According to Samsung, the new skin is inspired by Samsung Galaxy Note 10’s Aura Glow color and the Levitate emote, on the other hand, signifies rising above the competition. The Glow skin is available for redemption until December 31, which gives players ample time to redeem the skin.

The Glow skin is not the only addition to the game; the latest Fortnite 10.40 update adds a bunch of new content including a new game mode.

Fortnite is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, Xbox One, and mobile devices.
