Fortnite has been one of the most popular games of the past few years. But it's also seen its fair share of silly, game-altering, and unfortunate glitches, with a most recent glitch seeing the battle bus leaving players behind at the starting island. Most recently a glitch has been found that may be the most extreme thus far, as players are able to win get that elusive Victory Royale with ease, every time.

One of the appeals of the battle royale genre is only having one victor at the end who had to fight hard against dozens of other opponents. Fortnite uses creative and even goofy tools such as building, vehicles, fishing and more. Epic also continually updates and evolves the game by adding content regularly. Many of these updates can cause issues, from unfair advantages to even glitches. These glitches can take away from the appeal of fair-fought victories.

The fresh game-winning glitch uses the newest vehicle added to Fortnite, helicopters. YouTuber LazerBeam uploaded a video onto his channel in which he takes advantage of multiple glitches, found out by fellow YouTuber Glitch King. To pull off the easy win, LazorBeam uses a grappler, some fish, and a helicopter.

In normal scenarios, the helicopter can fly up to 280 meters, which is a distance that other players can see and shoot at. However, with the help of the grappler, which was vaulted back with the 7.20 update and then brought back this season, the helicopter can lift much higher. Players in the passenger seat can aim at the pilot and continually shoot at the pilot and the helicopter will rise. There is a limit, however, as LazerBeam and his squadmate were 1,000 plus meters in the air and they eventually went too high, to a point in the map where Epic designed players to die for going outside of the map. However, if players go to a sweet spot, where they are unseen by enemies, they can easily pick up a Victory Royale.

The glitch is not an automatic win, as it still takes some fancy flying. Navigating the storm can be tricky, because the helicopter must be flown high enough that the storm isn't even seen anymore, but players will still take damage. This is why LazerBeam brought along some fish for quick healing. Capturing fish quickly with explosives, grapplers, or a fishing rod as quickly as possible before players take flight will help in this situation.

There are many helpful tips from pros for winning in Fortnite, but not many were anticipating being able to fly a helicopter into oblivion for cheap wins. To be fair to LazorBeam and Glitch King, both YouTubers seem to put together their glitch videos for informational purposes and to bring light to the issues. It's up to Epic now to fix them.
