In celebration of Sony's first-ever live-action adaptation of the critically acclaimed Uncharted video game franchise, Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer have costumes and other items available for purchase in Fortnite. Nathan Drake is the main character of the series, and Chloe has been featured in multiple entries, even starring in her own with Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

And not only are there items to shop for, but Fortnite players can now find new items on the island called Drake's Maps. These will appear on the Chapter 3, Season 1 map until Season 2 starts, giving players a few more weeks to find them. Once players have it in their possession, it can lead them to buried treasure that's full of loot and often contain Legendary weapons, so learning how to find Drake's Maps is crucial for gamers looking for a significant advantage.

Where to Find Drake's Maps in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1

Players looking to find Drake's Map fast might have some issues doing so, as the new item themed around Uncharted can't just be found in one single place --it's randomized. Drake's Maps will appear on the map as Legendary Floor Loot or in Chests. The only way for players to have a higher chance of obtaining one is to search at a point of interest with many buildings/homes/businesses. Places like Tilted Towers and the Daily Bugle are great starting points.

Once Fortnite players have the map in their possession, the map will show an arrow pointing players toward buried treasure. There will also be a glowing yellow light over the chest that players can see in real-time --the location of the chest will not show up on the map itself, so players will have to keep the map open to show the correct direction.

Follow the yellow arrows, and it will eventually lead players to a big X. Use the pickaxe to chip away at the spot until the chest is unearthed. Hold the interact button for a few seconds, and players will be showered with all kinds of rare loot from the treasure chest. The Drake's Map item will disappear after the treasure has been found, so players can only use it once; otherwise, they can get an unfair advantage with multiple Uncharted maps.

Fortnite is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
