Fortnite's Season 9 Week 3 challenges are now live in the game, giving fans of the battle royale title more opportunities to level up their battle pass and unlock new cosmetic content. The Fortnite Season 9 Week 3 challenges are all straightforward for the most part, though there is one challenge that players may not know how to complete.

As part of the Fortnite Season 9 Week 3 challenges, there is a challenge to throw the flying disc toy and then catch it before it lands. Some Fortnite players may be wondering how to get the flying disc toy, and to do so, it's just a matter of leveling up the Season 9 battle pass to the correct tier.

To get the flying disc toy in Fortnite, players need to reach tier 35 of the battle pass. This will unlock the flying disc toy as a customization item that can be equipped in the locker under the emote category. For the next step of the challenge, Fortnite players will need to make sure that the flying disc toy is equipped before they start another match.

With the flying disc toy equipped, Fortnite players need to land on the battle royale map, and make sure that they aren't around any enemies. When the coast is clear, look straight up into the sky and throw the flying disc toy. If done properly, players should be able to catch it without even having to move, but otherwise, they may need to adjust their position to catch the flying disc toy before it hits the ground.

Once Fortnite players have managed to do this successfully, they will be one step closer to completing the Season 9 Week 3 challenges. And then once all of the Season 9 Week 3 challenges are complete, they will have a new secret battle star to find. This is unlike last week, where players only had a Fortbyte to find instead of a battle star.

Fortnite is out now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
