Fortnite managed to cultivate an audience by giving players a battle royale game that included unique building mechanics as well as frequent events. The game has experienced numerous revisions and it seems that are plenty of updates coming to Fortnite as the game continues to evolve. While this is largely positive, some players will experience or find glitches when updates are implemented and one player has now managed to change the perspective of the game with interesting results.

The battle royale genre is becoming increasingly saturated, yet through events, Fortnite has managed to distinguish itself from the pack. The latest Doomsday event has seen the map of the battle royale mode become submerged in water and this has led to an odd glitch. A player has discovered that they can now play in first-person and many are wondering if this is a feature that will later be implemented in the game.

It is important to note that this first-person glitch appears to be different than the setting that featured in Save The World, as it seems to be designed for combat with weapon animations featuring. The clip showed engaging combat in from the first-person angle but many are concerned about this feature coming to the game.

While this view looks to be advantageous in close quarters combat, players have responded to the video with concerns about how it will impact the building mechanics that feature in the game. It does seem that players would struggle to see their pickaxe in this view, but with that said there may be ways around this issue. Many fans will now wonder if this perspective will make it into Fortnite at some point.

The Doomsday event in Fortnite had been expected and players have been keen to experience new content from the title. Many are invested in seeing how the event concludes and this glitch could provide insight into the avenues that the game plans on exploring. While some players will welcome the change that the Doomsday event will bring, other players will be hesitant and it will be intriguing to see how the developer, Epic Games, manages both sets of fans.

Fortnite has a lot of ways to keep fans entertained although some players may want the game to return to its core premise. At the moment it seems that Epic Games are still exploring new territory and it will be interesting to see if the title can increase its fan base even more with new features and changes. With that in mind, some will expect this first-person view to be implemented at some point.

Fortnite is available for Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
