Fortnite pro player Turner "Tfue" Tenney recently took to YouTube to makes his first official statement following the revelation that he was filing a lawsuit against FaZe clan. In this lawsuit, Tfue alleges that FaZe prevents him from taking on deals with various sponsors and brands, and for the deals he can sign, FaZe allegedly takes portions in quantities up to 80%. The lawsuit claims his contract is also a violation of the Talent Agencies Act.

When this lawsuit became public, FaZe clan owner Ricky Banks said that essentially none of the allegations are true and has since been very vocal on Twitter. Tfue's video response makes one demand of the entire situation, while also adding a couple more odd remarks concerning the whole debacle. There is only one thing currently certain - that is, the entire Fortnite world is watching.

In his video, Tfue claims to have tried to get out of this contract for months and expresses regret for ever signing it in the first place. He states that no one at FaZe should be surprised by the lawsuit and also notes that he is doing for justice for the entire Fortnite and greater eSports community, not just for himself. He ended with one notion, one demand that could seriously shed light on the situation: Tfue asked FaZe to release his contract to the public.

Banks quickly responded to Tfue's video on Twitter, addressing some of the claims and asking Tfue to just speak to him. The key point of Bank's response to Tfue is that FaZe clan will, in fact, share the contract as soon as it's ready. While there's a lot of rhetoric surrounding the situation, releasing the contract should prove who is correct, as Tfue states that the contract is unfathomable and Banks states he has nothing to hide.

In the meantime, Fortnite continues moving forward with its latest Michael Jordan-inspired limited-time mode. This means players can check out a few games of Downtown Drop (the official LTM name) while waiting on Tfue's contract to be released to the public.

Fortnite is out now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
