It's Season 10 (Season X) in Fortnite, folks, and a whole batch of new missions are available to complete. There is a new challenge structure to commemorate the 10th season, with many of the weekly missions themed around previous seasons. The first set is called Road Trip, which is a reference to Season 5. As the name implies, the challenges will take players on a tour of the new Season 10 Fortnite map, checking out specific sights. Here are your pitstops: a stone head statue, a dinosaur, and a Drift-painted Durr Burger.
Let's begin with the stone head statue. Players will want to drop to the north of the frozen lake, northwest of Shifty Shafts and southwest of Neo Tilted. The head is in plain sight, resting on a snowy hill. In case there is any confusion with other giant heads, this one has the appearance of a Moai Statue from Easter Island and will have a chair on top of it - because why not? All that's left is to walk up to it to complete this first Fortnite challenge. No special costumes or dances required.
Next, let's find that dinosaur. Now, we're not talking real dinos, of course, but the touristy-looking attractions you'd expect to see during a road trip. Head to the desert area on the map, then far south of Paradise Palms. There are a few prehistoric pals here on the roadside to greet you, including a Tyrannosaurus rex and Triceratops. They're big and difficult to miss. Again, nothing fancy required here. Just walk around in the general area and that should complete the challenge. With that, it's time to head to the final stop.
Last but not least, players need to find a Drift-painted Durr Burger. Longtime players will be very familiar with this meaty mascot by now. It has been the target of many challenges in the past. The major difference between this one and other Durr Burgers is the Drift spray on its tongue. It will be resting peacefully on a hill east of Pleasant Park. Again, simply head on over to the location and you can consider this challenge complete.
Now that those Season X challenges are complete, let's take a look at what else the latest season is offering. There is a new Season 10 Battle Pass to purchase. Doing so opens up a wide variety of new skins to unlock, many of them "twisted" versions of classic Fortnite skins to go along with the wacky time-bending antics that are a theme of this season. Players will see new takes on skins like Sparkle Supreme and Catalyst. The final tier 100 skin, Ultima Knight, is a clear reference to the old Fort Knight sets.
