Fortnite's next batch of epic quests has been released, giving players a fresh set of challenges they can complete in order to get huge boosts in XP. One such epic quest involves players destroying objects in a variety of named locations: Retail Row, Lazy Lake, Pleasant Park, or Holly Hatchery. While the quest directive seems simple enough, taking a certain approach can help players knock multiple quests simultaneously.

Epic Games' enduringly popular free-to-play battle royale title is now roughly a month in to its Season 7. The new season has brought many new pieces of content into the fold, such as the all-new alien weaponry, flying saucers, and alien parasites. There's now rumors swirling about Fortnite adding a preferred slot item organization system, something that longtime fans have been asking for for years.

How to Destroy Objects at Retail Row, Lazy Lake, Pleasant Park or Holly Hatchery in Fortnite

This specific quest has straightforward directions of just destroying objects in one of the valid named locations. Objects in Fortnite are defined as basically everything, from chairs and tables, to booted cars and bushes, and just about everything in between. All players need to do to complete the quest is to simply drop in to any one of the listed POIs and destroy objects in their immediate area as quickly as they can.

Players will complete this quest and earn 30,000 XP once they've managed to destroy a total of five objects. However, while any of these locations will suffice for this particular quest, one spot allows players to knock out two quests at once.

In addition to destroying objects at Retail Row, Lazy Lake, Pleasant Park or Holly Hatchery, another one of Fortnite's quests this week has players destroying multiple hiding places. One of the locations a lot of Fortnite YouTubers are finding most efficient for this is Pleasant Park. This means players can knock out not one, but two of the Week 4 epic quests this week by destroying the same thing, as hiding places are considered objects. While only three hiding places are required, players just need to be a bit overzealous with their pickaxe to get a whopping 60,000 XP for about a minute or so of effort.

While Pleasant Park has the capacity to complete two of this week's quests, some of the other locations have an additional perk as well. Holly Hatchery, a.k.a. Holly Hedges, along with Lazy Lake, are both locations where players can find this week's alien artifacts. While not granting large sums of XP like a regular quest, alien artifacts can be used to customize the Kymera skin that comes with this season's battle pass.

Fortnite players who follow this guide should have at least one of this week's quests quickly taken care of, if not two. Those who have completed the majority of this week's quests already can check out one fan's viral cyberpunk city in Creative Mode.

Fortnite is free-to-play for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
