Epic Games' hit battle royale Fortnite has given players a lot of different ways to customize their experience since its launch. Being free-to-play, players can exchange purchasable V-Bucks for cosmetic items that have no effect on gameplay, and one big money maker for the game has been its seasonal Battle Pass, giving Fortnite players over 100 tiers of rewards to unlock as they progress throughout the season, earning new skins, emotes, weapon wraps, and more.

Last November, Epic Games announced that Fortnite Crew would be coming to the game as a paid subscription service that gives players an exclusive Crew Pack skin, 1,000 V-Bucks, and automatic access to the Battle Pass each month. Since the launch of Fortnite Crew, many fans have expressed that the rewards don't seem worth it for the $11.99/month price point, but new information suggests that some much-needed changes could be coming to Fortnite Crew very soon.

Over on Twitter, prominent Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey posted screenshots of a new survey being distributed by Epic Games meant to gauge players' interest in possible upcoming features of Fortnite Crew. Many of these potential features include bundles, coupons, and other benefits players could potentially see come with their Fortnite Crew subscription. In another section of the survey, Epic Games even allowed players to rate the appeal of each Crew Pack skin so far.

While Fortnite Crew currently doesn't provide players with any particular gameplay benefits, that may change with the possibility of exclusive XP multipliers, new experiences, challenges with XP rewards, and more. Aside from other in-game benefits like early access to cosmetics and custom matchmaking options, Epic Games has also mentioned bundles with other subscriptions such as streaming services, monthly coupons or offers in the Epic Games Store, and even in-game currency and/or cosmetics for entirely different games, among other offers.

An exclusive Crew Pack skin, 1,000 V-Bucks, and access to the Battle Pass for only a few bucks more than the price of 1,000 V-Bucks certainly sounds like a good deal, but fans have argued that the lackluster exclusive skins are a turn-off for some. Aside from the Green Arrow skin, many of the Crew Pack skins are incredibly similar to other variants of the same skin previously made available in the Item Shop or past Battle Passes.

At the moment, none of these changes to Fortnite Crew have been confirmed by the game, but players may want to keep an eye out for the survey sent out by Epic Games. While the subscription doesn't seem to have drawn in many fans just yet, it may become much more appealing very soon.

Fortnite is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
