Right now, if one were to turn on Fortnite, all they would see is a black hole and a strange number sequence. However, that is expected to change come tomorrow, when Fortnite Chapter 2 is expected to launch. Epic Games has so far kept a tight lid on what fans can expect from Fortnite Chapter 2, but it wasn't able to stop the Fortnite Chapter 2 trailer from leaking online, giving fans a good look at what to expect from the game.

Videos of the leaked Fortnite Chapter 2 trailer have been getting pulled, so fans will want to make sure to watch it as fast as they can. It's quite possible that the Fortnite Chapter 2 trailer embedded in this post will be deleted as well, but copies should be floating around on the Internet.

The Fortnite Chapter 2 trailer reveals that there will be no "season 11" of Fortnite. Instead Fortnite is starting Chapter 2 off with Season 1 for its Battle Pass, which will let players unlock a variety of new cosmetic items as usual. But while the basic concept of the Battle Pass is staying the same in Fortnite Chapter 2, the trailer shows that there will be a lot of changes coming to the battle royale game as well.

For example, Fortnite players will now be able to get XP for more than just killing enemies. They will also level up by finding loot, harvesting materials, and even fishing. Overall, it looks like Fortnite Chapter 2 will have more ways to reward players than ever before.

The graphics in Fortnite Chapter 2 also appear to be an improvement over the original version of the game. While it's hard to tell because the trailer quality isn't the greatest, it does seem like the game has gotten a bit of a visual upgrade. It's definitely gotten a gameplay upgrade, as players will now be able to dive into water, fight on speedboats, and apparently even carry their downed teammates on their shoulders.

The Fortnite Chapter 2 leaked trailer shows that a lot of changes are coming to the battle royale game, and most of them look to be for the better. We'll find out if the gamble pays off once the Fortnite black hole goes away and Chapter 2 begins proper.

Fortnite is out now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
