Much like the reoccurring Clay Pigeon Shooter challenge from last week, one Fortnite season 6 week 9 challenge requires players to find a new minigame-like addition on the map and get a certain score. With the aforementioned Clay Pigeon Shooters, the required score was 3, but with this week's Carnival Clown Board challenge requires a score of 10.

However, it is much more difficult to find these locations than it is to get the required score. At the time of this writing, there are 4 known Carnival Clown Board locations on the map, with Fortnite players required to find 3. The best method once one of these boards is found is just to repeatedly hit the board with a pickaxe until reaching the score, though players need to be cautious of others attempting the challenge as well.

The four locations for each board can also be seen in the video or map below, but they are as follows:

  • Lonely Lodge - leftmost side
  • Pleasant Park - near the Football Field
  • Paradise Palm - near the bridge to the desert biome, not too far from this named location
  • Junk Junction - in a new area to the immediate right of this named location

Of course, there are plenty of other challenges to complete this week as well, but this is the only challenge that can be somewhat difficult. The others follow a similar pattern to previous week challenges such as the season 6 week 8 challenges.

For those who manage to complete all of this week's challenges, they will be able to find a hidden battle star. But, for those still on the lookout for the hidden battle stars and banners of previous weeks, check out this guide to all of their locations here.

Fortnite is available now for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
