With season 2 of Fortnite Battle Royale wrapping up soon, Epic Games and People Can Fly recently revealed the next Battle Pass as well as exclusive items, challenges, and more for fans of the sandbox survival title to discuss and covet while they wait for season 3 to begin. Now, the publisher and developer have offered a look at what appears to be even more content coming to the game with a skin presumably inspired by the action film character, John Wick, as well as a new pistol for players to wield.

Epic Games took to the official Fortnite Battle Royale subreddit today and provided a simple teaser in the form of the above image with the caption "SOON!" used as the post's title. Fans of the sandbox survival release noticed various similarities with pop culture icons – most notably the picture's color scheme and layout resembling the artwork for the movie Scarface. However, many agreed that the character in the picture looked more like John Wick, with Epic then trolling fans with the comment, "The name's Jason... Jason. He has a particular set of skills. :)".

For those Fortnite fans who are intrigued to learn the identity of the character in the latest tease from Epic Games, the company assured players that "soon" is actually going to live up to its definition this time around. As a matter of fact, Epic stated the reveal for the actual name of the outfit coming to Fortnite's Battle Royale will be revealed at some point tomorrow, on February 22, 2018.

There's no doubt that the potential for a John Wick-styled skin in Fortnite Battle Royale will surely entice many to start honing their pistol-shooting skills, especially since Epic will finally be fixing the game's double pump shotgun trick in Version 3.0.0. Should the aforementioned outfit actually be related to John Wick, though, it would stand to reason that many fans would want to see other skins inspired by action movie characters in the future.

Fortnite is available now in early access on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
