As players progress through Forspoken, it is revealed that Junoon is the realm protected by Tanta Cinta and the hometown of Frey, where she was born. Although Junoon is the first area players get to explore in the first chapter, it will become impossible to fully explore later on and players won't gain access unless they complete the game.

Junoon is a beautiful realm and smaller than the others in Forspoken. However, it's full of intriguing points of interest like Monuments, abandoned villages, and Mutants. In fact, the last Tanta’s Familiar Monument can be found behind Junoon's castle in Forspoken. As for Labyrinths, only two exist in the realm.

  • The boss mainly does huge fireballs and leaping attacks, which are easily dodged using parkour.
  • Proto Gigas is weak to Olas’s Magic and the best Spell is the Pulse Dart as it can cause delayed damage.

Tips to defeat the Proto Gyre:

  • If players are low on health, set up a Campfire in Forspoken to craft some Healing Draughts or upgrade equipment.
  • Only use Sila’s Magic in Forspoken, especially the Surge Spell, since the Proto Gyre has resistance to the other types.
