Rangnick is not the youngest coach around, but after his recent spell in the head role at Manchester United, he has experience at all levels of the game, including management. The German has huge tactical attacking coach stats and a wealth of experience, making him an ideal choice for any youthful team needing a seasoned hand at the wheel in training.

5 Eder Aleixo
One of the better secrets in attacking coach football this year, Eder Aleixo is a current coach with At. Mineiro. This club is his home, and it will be difficult to lure him away, but considering that the club is currently only paying him 725 per week, a couple extra thousand could possibly be enough to lure him to another club.
While he is cheap, he is also hugely skilled. His specialty is in technical attacking coaching. He is currently 65, but has a few years left in his career, and likely has the capability to bring a youthful team a huge wealth of experience in his coaching style.
4 Pepijn Lijnders
It is difficult to sell a coach that is currently making 58k per week, but Lijnders is worth the money, as his current club Liverpool would suggest. He has had some enormous success of late and can manage any team despite his youthful age. He is currently 39, and has managed to create a great name for himself worthy of the excellent pay he receives.
If a player has taken over a large-scale team with a lot of money on hand and needs their team to learn how to attack and stay a great attacking force for years to come, Lijnders is worth the massive payout that will need to be consistently given in wages.
3 Raul Jose
Despite not having a club at the beginning of Football Manager 2023, Raul Jose is one that will be swiped up quickly for his excellent skills, both at possession and technical attacking coaching. His style is excellent, and at 58, he is another seasoned coach with plenty of years left in his career, during which he could nurture a young team to many trophy wins.
Jose is Portuguese and has worked with some of the best teams in that country, but he could easily manage any high-level team from anywhere in the world with his experience. He won’t be too cheap despite being a free transfer, but he is thoroughly worth the expenses and is set to be cheaper than some of the other coaches at this level.
2 Rodolfo Borrell
Another huge coach for a huge team, Borrell is currently employed by Manchester City and is on a massive wage of 58k per week. He is a master of both possession training and technical attacking training and has managed to help his team become one of the most feared in the world of football.
Borrell isn’t just one of the best in the game for coaching, he is also one of the most expensive. But if a player is taking over a top team and is looking to make their team the envy of attackers the world over, Rodolfo Borrell is one of the best ways to do just that.
1 Arnoldo Iguaran
One of the strangest places to find a phenomenal coach is in the Colombian league, Categoria Primera A. However, the current coach for Millonarios FC is Arnoldo Iguaran. He is a fantastic option for any mid-to-large-scale team that wants to snag an excellent attacking coach at an incredibly low price.
Iguaran goes cheap and is currently only making 300 per week. This makes it easy for any sizable team to up his wages enough to lure him away from his native Colombia and help themselves by grabbing one of the most surprisingly excellent coaches in Football Manager 2023.
