A lot of games have been revealed with the recent September 2020 PlayStation 5 presentation. While many gamers have had their expectations for what was to be shown, not many expected to see Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach.

Not much has been heard from Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach except for the occasional teaser images seen on the creator, Scott Cawthon's, official website. However, this new trailer has shown fans a taste of what to expect in this upcoming horror title.

This trailer has been the biggest update on the project since the character design leaks by Funko back in July. While that update was an accident and upset many fans in the process, this official update has increased the hype for the upcoming entry in the series.

The new Five Night's at Freddy's trailer seems to take place in a mall or indoor theme park of sorts. As the trailer goes on, various backrooms are panned through with the camera as well as what seems to be a maze or laser tag area. A large neon-lit lobby is also shown with a giant statue of a singing Freddy Fazbear standing in the middle of it.

A few of the game's threats can also be seen in the trailer as well. While the camera pans through an empty industrial kitchen, an animatronic with long limbs moves organically on top of the pot rack attached to the ceiling. It stares at the camera, locking eye contact with the viewer as the camera backs out of the room.

The biggest threat that can be seen in the trailer is a character that is known as the Reluctant Follower and/or "Vanny" thanks to information found in the DLC content for Five Nights at Freddy's Help Wanted. Preview images for Five Night's at Freddy's: Security Breach have depicted her as a human woman wearing a rabbit suit and mask. Her voice can be heard in the trailer as she looks for a child named Gregory. Her mask is shown as a jumpscare at the end of the trailer.

It is unknown who Gregory is in Five Night's at Freddy's lore, although there is a character named Greg in one of the novels for the series. Based on how Vanny seems to be hunting for him in the trailer it can be assumed that he is the player character of this upcoming game.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach is currently in development for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
