Described as a "dieselpunk Metroidvania" title, FIST: Forged In Shadow Torch is an upcoming 2D platformer for PlayStation and Steam. It features a variety of anthropomorphic animals in a sci-fi dystopian setting, following the story of a bunny named Rayton on his mission to save his closest friend. FIST was originally revealed in July, during Sony's State of Play livestream, and now, just a month away from release, the full trophy list has been revealed.

Trophy lists can vary in a variety of ways. While some games focus on story-related missions, other titles focus on unique combat tactics or gameplay mechanics. The Ghost of Tsushima's DLC trophy list, for example, focuses on map exploration and side quests. For FIST in particular, the trophy list appears to cover quite a few different aspects of the game, from Rayton's various weapons to the many locations in Torch City. Looking at the full list, there are 44 trophies total, none of which appear to be difficulty-related. There are, however, 18 trophies that are secret, so beware spoilers from the following list.

At a quick glance, the list appears to be fairly straightforward. A good handful of trophies seem to be tied to story objectives, meaning players will unlock quite a few by simply playing the game. However, there are also miscellaneous trophies that span a variety of actions and objectives. It's hard to say whether these will be easy to unlock or not, given the little amount of information available. It’s possible that more than one playthrough will be required, which might be bad news for aspiring PlayStation trophy hunters.

In addition to the miscellaneous trophies, there are also collectibles and even combat-related trophies. Both of which could prove quite a challenge for players. Without knowing just how many collectibles there are per trophy, it's difficult to say how long it will take for players to collect each one. It could be relatively short, or it could be something akin to Assassin’s Creed’s infamous bird feather collectibles. As for the combat trophies, it all depends on just how challenging the base difficulty is. The dev team recently revealed that FIST will not have any difficulty settings on launch, so all trophies will need to be completed on one base setting.

Overall, it looks like FIST is turning out to be quite the completion. Players will have plenty of work to do in order to finish everything, but fortunately, Sony is making quality updates for PS5 trophy hunters. It should be easier to manage and track various in-game tasks with the updated system, making those pesky collectibles a bit easier. Players will know for sure just how difficult the trophies really are once FIST releases next month.

FIST: Forged in Shadow Torch is expected to launch on September 7 for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
