The final trailer for Fire Emblem: Three Hopes dropped June 8, 2022 along with a free demo for the Nintendo Switch. However, the release date for this full Fire Emblem musou game is June 24, 2022. Pre-orders are now open, but the limited edition pack isn't available for everyone.
Currently, Fire Emblem: Three Hopes looks to be expanding on the world of Fodlan and has players once again choosing to fight alongside Edelgard, Dimitri, or Claude. Instead of Byleth, players will be controlling a new character named Shez. Fans will have to wait for the June 24 release date to unravel the full story Three Hopes has to offer.
Fire Emblem: Three Hopes & Save Data
For those that have a save file of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the original game, players will receive bonus items and gald on their Three Hopes file. While it may seem like a modest gift compared to the Three Hopes limited edition and digital version, starting the game off with some extra pocket money will come in handy when players need to purchase weapons for their classmates.
Downloading and playing the Fire Emblem: Three Hopes demo will transfer any saved data from this demo into the full game once it's released. The demo only goes up to Chapter 4. As a bonus, whatever players named Byleth in their Three Houses save file will show up as Byleth's "default name" in Three Hopes.

There are currently limited editions for Europe and Japan. Unfortunately, there hasn't been a limited edition package for fans in North America. Included in the limited edition bundle are the following:
- Physical copy of the game
- 5 acrylic figures featuring Shez (male and female), Edelgard, Claude, and Dimitri.
- Artbook
- Character postcard set
- Tapestry Fodlan map
The limited edition costs £89.99 while the standard edition is £49.99. Those ordering from North America can get the standard edition for $59.99 (tax pricing not included).
Players can choose to order Fire Emblem: Three Hopes digitally or physically. The digital version includes an in-game owl that will deliver Owl Feathers daily to Shez. For those that aren't familiar, Owl Feathers are gift items that could be given to characters such as the house leaders. Owl Feathers are a favorite gift for every Fire Emblem character, and giving them will raise the support level (not support rank) by two points.
Finally, amiibos will be making a return to Fire Emblem: Three Hopes. Scanning a Fire Emblem amiibo will generate a weapon or item for players to give to their units. It's unknown if there are any plans to make amiibos of Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude. Fortunately, amiibos of past Fire Emblem characters can be scanned just as they could in Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
