Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered is Coming to Mobile

Square Enix reveals that Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered will get a mobile release alongside the previously announced PS4 and Switch versions.

During tonight's Square Enix E3 2019 press conference, the company took a moment to show off a brief new Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition trailer, which sets up the RPG's story and gives a look at its enhanced gameplay. While most of the information offered by this Crystal Chronicles Remastered E3 2019 trailer has been revealed previously, there are some new details that fans may be interested in.

Namely, it was revealed that a Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition mobile version is planned, which means that this new take on the 2003 GameCube game will be available to play on iOS and Android devices. While fans have been expecting Crystal Chronicles Remastered to release on PlayStation 4 and Switch, this is the first indication there has been that the game will be headed to mobile as well.

While Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition may not be causing waves in the way that these other Square Enix titles are, there are certain to be fans pleased to have seen the game make an appearance at E3 2019. Furthermore, these fans can now look forward to carrying Crystal Chronicles Remastered in their pockets, thanks to this announcement of a mobile version of the game.
