Final Fantasy is one of the most premiere video game franchises. Along with the likes of Dragon Quest, many JRPGs were heavily defined by Final Fantasy. Although it isn't as apparent in some of the mainline games, Final Fantasy's gameplay at the time was very much based on the class system. Good examples of this are games like Final Fantasy XIV and Final Fantasy V, each of which has an incredibly advanced class system. With classes at the forefront of Final Fantasy, it's fun to see which class players would be based on their zodiac sign.

12 Aquarius - Red Mage
The Aquarius are progressive and eccentric thinkers that are born between the 20th of January and the 18th of February. Although they can be fairly aloof, this doesn't hide the fact that they are independent and always fight for a good cause.
The Red Mage in Final Fantasy XIV fits this archetype pretty well. Not only are they capable of both black and white magic, but they have also honed their skills for a long time, fighting for a cause that they believe in. While also helping their allies in any way they can, of course.
11 Pisces - Bard
Extremely friendly, the amicable Pisces are born between the 19th of February and the 20th of March. Connected to the arts such as painting and music, it would only be fair that they are directly tied to the Bard class in Final Fantasy XIV. Inspiring their allies with the melodies of great songs, just like in Dungeons & Dragons, they greatly empower the spirits of their friends in order to win every battle.
10 Aries - Dark Knight
The courageous Aries are born from the 21st of March to the 19th of April. Their dynamic personalities make them known for their strength, similar to Leo. However, they can also be a little reckless at times and are a bit on the aggressive side. Nothing fits the Aries any better than the darkness empowered Dark Knight. By using their raw power, they are able to use it for justice in ways only they can.
9 Taurus - Monk
The practical and reliable Taurus are born between the 20th of May and the 20th of April. Strong believers of hard work, they have a deep connection to the world thanks to being surrounded by its beauty. Nothing quite fits a Taurus better than the Monk, who utilizes great power through their chi. 8 Gemini - Ninja
The unique Gemini are born from the 21st of May until the 20th of June. Geminis are often quite adaptable and can often switch between gentleness & introspection at the drop of a hat, making them great friends. This adaptability greatly fits the swift Ninja class, who can change the tide of the fight by dodging and weaving a whole slew of enemies.
7 Cancer - Scholar
The intelligent Cancers are born between the 21st of June and the 22nd of July. Often strong when connected with others, they are quite compassionate people. This has also allowed them to be quite imaginative, fueling their love of helping others. The Scholar is the perfect class for Cancer. Not only are they capable of decent movement on the battlefield, their knowledge with healing and faeries allow them to be amazing asset in a party.
6 Leo - Dragoon
The strong and prideful Leos are born between the 23rd of July and the 22nd of August. They have a penchant for being dramatic while also serving as great leaders– although they can be a bit on the arrogant side at times. The Dragoon would be a great choice for Leo. By using strong spears that can pierce dragons, their aerial combat perfectly fits the dynamic & powerful personality of the Leo.
5 Virgo - Astrologian
The always picky Virgo are born from the 23rd of August to the 22nd of September. Known for their close connection to humanity, they feel they have to be attuned with everything– which is why they try to take a strong approach to life. This can be a source of wisdom for some while a problem for some others. Astrologian are classes that prioritize knowledge. They have the ability of foresight, which allows them to determine the best course of action.
4 Libra - White Mage
One of the most level-headed zodiacs, Libra are born from the 23rd of September to the 22nd of October. Libras love harmony and absolutely dislike injustice– as well as confrontations in general. This means that they would make fantastic White Mages. The White Mage are menders that are directly tied to the light. Acting as the guiding light to the injured on the battlefield, they are incredibly crucial.
3 Scorpio - Paladin
Assertive and decisive are the Scorpios born from the 23rd of October to the 21st of November. Their deep passion allows them to be great friends, and as such are great leaders. This essentially embodies the tenets of the Paladin. They are strong defenders who protect their allies and act as tanks. Using their sword and shield as a way of aiding their party, Paladins are well-rounded.
2 Sagittarius - Dancer
The incredibly charismatic Sagittarius are born between the 22nd of November and the 21st of December. They're known for their curiosity and are generally idealistic as people. They absolutely love freedom which makes them quite open to lots of things.
The Dancer is a range class that is known for their dynamism and awesome dancing abilities. These abilities allow the player to buff their party members or heal them. Dancers are also known for their love of travel.
1 Capricorn - Black Mage
The serious Capricorn is born between the 22nd of December and the 19th of January. Although they are uncompromising at times and can be traditional to certain extents, they are kind-hearted people who simply want what's best for others.
This fits the strong but dark tempered Black Mage, whose powers within the dark arts have allowed them to unleash absolute devastation to the enemy. Of course, they can still help others thanks to their great crowd control spells.
