On the heels of Final Fantasy 7 Remake's official launch, Square Enix announces plans to sell new Final Fantasy 7 collectibles. They come in the form of two jigsaw puzzles: one that's 500 pieces, and one that's 1,000.
However, fans won't be able to add these Final Fantasy 7 pieces to their collection anytime soon. The 1000-piece puzzle doesn't ship until sometime in August and will cost $24.99. And the 500-piece set isn't available until October 28 and will be $19.99. But pre-orders for both are available now on Entertainment Earth and Amazon, respectively, and buyers won't be charged until its time for shipping.
The 500-piece puzzle set features classic character illustrations from the original Final Fantasy 7. Despite being at a lesser piece count, the art contains a whole load of characters: Cloud Strife, Tifa Lockhart, Aerith Gainsborough, Barret Wallace, Yuffie Kisaragi, Vincent Valentine, Cait Sith, Cid Highwind, and Red XIII.
The art of the 1000-piece puzzle comes from Final Fantasy 7 Remake instead of the original FF7, and it features Cloud on his Hardey-Daytona while wielding his Buster Sword. It's surprisingly double the pieces for an illustration that's not as busy as the first, so it should provide a challenge.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is available now for the PlayStation4.
