Final Fantasy 6 is a fan-favorite among Final Fantasy fans and one of the most widely-acclaimed games in the franchise's nearly 35-year history. Characters like the game's protagonist Terra Branford and main antagonist Kefka Palazzo are some of the most recognizable characters in the franchise and the sixth entry in the legendary RPG franchise is often considered the best in the series. Square Enix recently announced the newest figure in their Masterline brand with Prime1Studio and it is a stunning homage to the classic title.

As one of the most recognizable franchises in gaming, Final Fantasy has plenty of history with breathtaking figures. The massive success of 2020's Final Fantasy 7 Remake led to a line of Play Arts figures starring Final Fantasy 7's cast and Final Fantasy 14 also received smaller minion figures of some of its most popular characters. The newest figure paying homage to the long-running Final Fantasy franchise shows some love to Final Fantasy 6 with a beautiful depiction of Terra.

The stunning new figure in the Masterline series features Terra riding her iconic Magitek armor in a scene similar to that of Final Fantasy 6's box art. A video from Square Enix shows off the exquisite detail within the 1/6 scale figure with Moogles resting atop the large mech and features Terra in a striking pose atop the Magitek armor. While no details about pricing or actual measurements of the figure were released during the reveal, the video shows the finely detailed craftsmanship in creating several of the smaller points of the figure like the individual gears within the armor.

The Terra figure is the most recent in Square Enix's brilliantly crafted Masterline series of figures. The previous figure starring the cast of Nier Automata may give fans some clues to the price point of the upcoming Terra figure with the Nier cast's figure priced over $2600. With the Terra figure looking to be of similar build quality to the Masterline's previous installments, fans of Final Fantasy 6 should expect to pay a premium for the breathtaking depiction of Terra upon its release.

With the pixel remasters of Final Fantasy 5 and 6 coming in the near future, fans both old and new will be given another opportunity to dive into the World of Balance. Square Enix has heavily pushed the upcoming remastered versions of the classic SNES RPGs as being the definitive way to experience their stories. Square Enix's newest figure celebrating Final Fantasy 6 should be a stunning addition to any Final Fantasy fan's collection, albeit likely a pricey one.

Final Fantasy 6 Pixel Remaster is currently in development for PC.
