Despite F.E.A.R. 3's release date being pushed back multiple times, Day 1 studios is showcasing another trailer to make clear that it is worth the wait. F.E.A.R. is once again attempting to change First Person Shooters by introducing players to the Wall of Death. Don't get too close; the objective is to, simply put, f**king run.

This may not be the level for those friends who like to sit back at their leisure and awe at every little in-game detail. In this new trailer, F.E.A.R 3 introduces the game mode titled "F**king Run!" where players work as a team with two simple objectives: One, as the trailer title implies, to run as fast as posssible and two, to make sure that all of your teammates escape with you. Once one of the members is caught by the wall, it's game over for the whole squad.

The new F.E.A.R. 3 co-op mode, although reminiscent of the Left 4 Dead mechanic of work together or be killed, the big difference here is once one of the team members dies everyone does. Well... that coupled with the fact that there is a invincible death wall out to kill you. No more opting to make a mad dash toward the safety zone instead of wasting time to save your friend. His life is your life and vice versa.

Since the Wall of Death forces players to act with a team mentality, it's going to be interesting to see how this plays out with the online community. Will complete strangers actually cooperate and help one another or will there frequently be the one weak link or worse, the jerk who doesn't play to win? If an anonymous killer cloud isn't scary enough for you, be sure to check the F.E.A.R. 3 screenshots showcasing more enemies that you'll have to go face-to-face with.

Just in case you don't feel like rushing through the first two games in order to understand the chaos that is the third installment, don't worry, we have a quick F.E.A.R. series recap trailer for you.

F.E.A.R. 3 is set to release June 21, for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
