It’s been over a month since Far Cry 6 was released, and in that time, fans of the franchise have likely beaten the game, cleared a good chunk of the map, and unlocked most—if not all—of Far Cry 6’s achievements/trophies. Of course, there’s still more coming to the game in the form of its Season Pass.

Alongside smaller crossover missions with Danny Trejo, Rambo, and strange things, there are three major Far Cry 6 DLCs: Vaas’ Insanity DLC, Pagan Min’s Control DLC, and Joseph Seed’s Collapse DLC. Very little is currently known, though players will be stepping into the shoes of each villain, and more is coming as soon as tomorrow (November 10).

Michael Mando is a high-profile actor, with notable appearances in movies and TV series like Orphan Black as Vic Schmidt, Spider-Man: Homecoming as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, and Better Call Saul as Nacho Varga (where he appeared alongside Far Cry 6’s Giancarlo Esposito). For gaming, though, he’s perhaps most known as Vaas in Far Cry 3 and is returning to play the character in the upcoming Insanity DLC, which he’ll reveal more details about on November 10.

In a recent tweet, Mando highlighted that he’ll be sharing some Vaas Insanity Far Cry 6 “news” on November 10 at 8:30 am PT/10:30 am CT. The last and only real appearance of the DLC was Ubisoft Forward, where it was officially shown to the world for the first time. It seems to show Vaas reliving moments of Far Cry 3 but reversed, and there is something haunting about hearing Jason Body utter Vaas’ most iconic line: “Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?”

Now, what to expect out of this Far Cry 6’s Vaas DLC news seems pretty straightforward. Mando posted it alongside a nice-looking photo of himself and there are some general good vibes to it, so it’s not likely a delay or anything. He may simply be allowed to discuss his role, Ubisoft may be releasing a new trailer, and/or the company may be revealing the release date, since the Season Pass roadmap for Far Cry 6 labels it for this month.

Beyond that, it’ll simply be interesting to see how this DLC (alongside Pagan Min and Joseph Seed’s DLCs) impacts Far Cry 6’s overall reception. Many have considered it just another game in the franchise, which in and of itself isn’t a bad thing, but this DLC run has the potential to make FC6 stand out from past games by utilizing them. Either way, fans will learn more tomorrow.

Far Cry 6 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
