It's been over a month since Far Cry 6 first released and countless players have already experienced much of what the base game has to offer. With expansive, detailed environments, memorable NPCs for players to interact with, and new gameplay mechanics never before seen in any Far Cry game, Far Cry 6 has left a strong impression on many who have played it. Though, considering how ambitious its open world is, Far Cry 6 still possesses a number of lingering, cosmetic bugs.

Considering the size and scale of a game such as Far Cry 6, tracking down every last bug in the game is a rather intimidating task. While Ubisoft recently released a content update that fixes a number of bugs in Far Cry 6, it's very easy for both developers and players to overlook more minute glitches in a game that's as large as this one. Although, some glitches are just too glaring to ignore, as one player recently came to find out.

A Reddit user named stigest happened upon a rather bizarre sight while returning to one of the outposts in Far Cry 6. The user noticed that the face of El Tigre was overlaid on top of Jonron's face, resulting in Jonron's body wearing El Tigre's face. It's hard to imagine what the player might have done in order to cause such an abnormal occurrence, but it's still entertaining nonetheless.

In fairness, it's easy for glitches to fall through the cracks when making an open-world game. If Cyberpunk 2077 taught the gaming community anything, it's that video game development is by no means an easy process. There are many moving parts that need to be actively maintained in order to run appropriately and Far Cry 6 is no exception to this.

In any case, it's amazing to see just how much people have responded to the new Far Cry installment. Whether it's gameplay clips, fan art, or praise for the game's lead villain, Anton Castillo, there's many things for players to appreciate when it comes to Far Cry 6. However, many fans are looking forward to what comes next in terms of Far Cry 6.

With the release date of the Far Cry 6 Vaas DLC confirmed, it won't be long before players will finally get a chance to play as one of the most beloved Far Cry antagonists. The actual content of the DLC campaign is still up in the air, but one thing that players do know for sure is that Vaas will be making a return to the franchise for the first time since Far Cry 3.

Far Cry 6 is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
