Since the Pokemon franchise is so popular, it has attracted many artists who make images based on the franchise in a variety of unique ways. A recent example is an artist who made Pokemon fan art that shows if it played like the game Baldur's Gate with the creation called Baldur's Green by the user.

More and more fans are always making drawings, pictures, paintings, and more inspired by the Pokemon franchise and doing so in unique ways for many purposes. One reason is to make fan art for someone close to them, whether it's family, friends, or even co-workers. This kind of reason for making Pokemon fan art is shown as one fan made their own art for their young nephew.

Recently, Reddit user barbecuefeet made a post on the Pokemon subreddit and showed several images of a Pokemon mural that they made for their young nephew before he came home from vacation. The mural itself covers two walls and is completely covered in paintings of various recognizable Pokemon in a scene with grass, mountains in the background, and cloudy blue skies. According to a reply in the comments section, it took 20 hours for barbecuefeet to make the Pokemon mural.

The Pokemon mural has several recognizable Pokemon that were apparently chosen by the user's nephew for the mural, with one exception. The Pokemon from left to right include the Alolan form of the palm tree-like Exeggutor, the Alolan form of Dugtrio (which was the exception chosen by the user), the flying Rowlet, the bat-like Zubat, and the fire cat Litten from Pokemon Sun and Moon. The four remaining Pokemon on the mural include the famous Pikachu, the shape-shifting Ditto, the wolf-like Lycanroc in its Midnight evolved form, and finally the legendary Mew.

The general reception to the Pokemon mural was overwhelmingly positive, with many of the commenters praising the user for their talent. Plenty of commenters certainly applauded the choice of Pokemon that were used for the mural. There were a few details that barbecuefeet missed with a couple of Pokemon in the mural that were pointed out by a few commenters. Thanks to this, they were able to make a few minor adjustments to the mural before their nephew came back home. The user barbecuefeet also revealed in the comments section that they were able to paint their nephew's door as the Pokedex. This wouldn't be the first time that a Pokemon fan made unique pieces of art for a friend or loved one, and it certainly won't be the last.
