Battle royale title Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has frequently collaborated with Devolver Digital - understandably, as Devolver was originally the company responsible for publishing the game (Epic Games has since acquired Fall Guys developer Mediatonic). Previously, a number of skins themed around various Devolver Digital titles have been available to purchase using either real money or in-game "crowns" earned from winning a Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout competition.

Now, developer Mediatonic has announced that some of the most popular Devolver Digital skins will be getting a makeover. The Devolver Digital Redux skin pack, which featured recolored versions of three of the game's most-purchased Devolver outfits, is now available to purchase via both Steam and the PlayStation store. This is not the first time that "Redux" versions of Fall Guys skins have been announced, as the fan-favorite Godzilla outfit also recently received a redesign and re-release.

The Devolver Digital Redux skin pack, which was announced on Twitter, features three recolored skins: an Ashen (or Possessed) Bulletkin from Enter the Gungeon, a heavily armed mechanical cat from Gato Roboto, and the ninja protagonist of The Messenger. These are variations on the existing costumes Bulletkin, Gato Roboto and Messenger, each of which costs five crowns. The new pack with all three skins costs $4.99 USD. Players do not need to own the original versions of the skins in order to equip the ones from the Redux pack.

Currently, Fall Guys is in its fourth season, which features a theme combining futuristic and outer-space inspired elements. New costumes introduced for Season 4 include a space slug, multiple aliens, the title character of Shovel Knight, and a Crewmate and Impostor from Among Us. One recent costume, the Alien Tutu, was described by the official Fall Guys Twitter as being the game's most visually elaborate creation to date.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is currently available for PC and PlayStation 4. Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X versions are planned to release later in 2021.
