A new Marvel's Eternals trailer shows a powerheavy fight scene between Gilgamesh and a Deviant during what appears to be a scene of the Eternals protecting a city full of people. This film will span multiple different locations, backgrounds, and areas around the globe as the group of heroes unite together.

Marvel's Eternals will be introducing a group of multiple new heroes all in one movie. Instead of the usual Marvel formula where a film introduces only one hero at a time that brings them into the larger continuity of the overall story, this film will introduce a collective all at once.

The Eternals are a group of Marvel superheroes from the comic books that aren't typically used in many properties. The one thing this film will do that stays on brand is that this film will make these lesser-known heroes into worldwide phenomenons. The Eternals will adapt many of the Marvel characters into a more contemporary or modern version of the heroes. The trailers don't appear to be accurately adapting the costumes of the alien heroes but they appear to have the powers from the books. Gilgamesh for example doesn't have his masked black and white look in the film but will have the character's superhuman strength as well as combat prowess.

Gilgamesh takes center stage in the recent TV spot or trailer that teased a little bit of a fight scene between the powerful Eternal warrior and a Deviant. The Deviant looks to be equally capable at fighting as it stands really tall over its foes and will be wreaking havoc anywhere it goes.

Fans should expect to see really cool and unique abilities displayed in this movie when it releases this fall. November will have the superhero collective take center stage in order for them to fill the gap that was left open after the main Avengers departed from the scene. Hopefully, a good amount of the Eternals survive and make it into future movies so fans can see an Avengers team-up between the two collectives.

Eternals has the potential to alter the MCU landscape into the future. With its large and diverse cast, sprawling story, and unique directorial style from Oscar-winner Chloé Zhao, it's sure to stand out from other Marvel films.

Eternals will be in theaters on November 5th.
