The Epic Games Store's weekly free game promotion is a wonderful way for players to try out a myriad of exciting titles without having to spend a single dime. So far, the Epic Games Store's February 2020 free games have included the likes of Farming Simulator 19Pandemic, and more, and now the storefront has revealed two more games that will be available through its ongoing promotion.

Specifically, the next Epic Games Store free games are confirmed as Kingdom Come: Deliverance and Aztez, and they will be available from February 13 to 20. These two titles will replace Carcassonne and Ticket to Ride, digital adaptations of popular board games that were made free through the EGS's promotion just today, and indeed these upcoming free games are sure to pique the interest of many fans.

For the uninitiated, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a relatively massive action RPG developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver in 2018. Set during a war in Bohemia in 1403, Kingdom Come: Deliverance puts its emphasis on historical accuracy, and in it players can assume the role of a warrior, a bard, or a thief. While Kingdom Come: Deliverance was criticized for some of its bugs upon release, it was still received well, and many players will be happy to bring it home at no cost.

Aztez, on the other hand, is a side-scrolling beat 'em up that has a smattering of turn-based strategy elements. Featuring a unique art style and a historically-rooted setting, this indie game was released by Team Colorblind in 2017, and even though its sales were lacking, the game still received favor from fans and critics alike.

While the Epic Games Store's free game promotion was initially set to conclude at the end of 2019, the storefront ultimately decided to extend it, and fans will be reaping the rewards through the entirety of 2020. Of course, not every Epic Games Store free game will be on the level of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, at least in terms of how extensive and elaborate they are, but many players will just be happy to know that more complimentary titles are on the way.
