Epic Games is offering two more free games, as both ABZU and Rising Storm 2: Vietnam are available for a limited time on the Epic Games Store. They're very different experiences, one being a visually-driven adventure title and the other a tactical first-person shooter, so players can pick depending on their preference.

The additions were announced via the Epic Games Store Twitter today. They can be downloaded now, and will only be available until October 15. ABZU, a game developed by Giant Squid Studios, is a bit like Journey if it took place in the ocean, offering players a sprawling underwater world to explore as a diver, solve puzzles, and interact with marine life.

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, published by Tripwire Interactive and Iceberg Interactive, is very different in both tone and gameplay, as it puts players in the role of soldier during the Vietnam War. Whether users want a more relaxed or intense experience, the Epic Games Store should have something to offer.

Currently, the store is offering Surgeon Simulator 2 for free as well, but only to medical professionals. Once this offer expires on October 15, a speedrun event will be held where players, including doctors, will take part in a 24-hour fundraiser for MRI facilities in the North Lincolnshire NHS Trust.

There is also still time to claim a $10 coupon from the Epic Games Store for downloading a free copy of Rocket League. This deal was started to promote the game going free-to-play, and is continuing until October 23. Once the coupon is received, it can be used to purchase games and add-ons that are priced $14.99 and up, and it will be valid until November 1.

The GOG digital storefront will host Epic Store exclusives in the near future, according to GOG's official Twitter account. The option to buy games from other platforms has been a highly-requested feature for the Epic Games Store, and it should make things easier for users who want consolidate their online purchases.
