Billionaire Elon Musk is known for his many business dealings, as he is the founder and CEO of SpaceX, co-founder and CEO of Tesla and Neuralink, and co-founder of PayPal. But he is also known for his passion for gaming, with some of his recent tweets involving games such as Fortnite, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Legend of Zelda.

In fact, he recently made headlines when he shared a bogus news article saying that he bought and deleted the aforementioned battle royale game in order to save gamers from their "eternal virginity." Musk stated that it had to be done, which inspired some hilarious banter between he and the developers behind Fortnite.

Now, the billionaire has referred to Twitter as the Dark Souls of social media. He made the comparison in a tweet, as well as calling Reddit Bloodborne and Instagram Zelda. Musk did not provide any type of rationale, instead leaving that to his followers to decide. Check it out below:

The comments are flooded with many agreeing with Musk's assessment, but they are several dissenting opinions as well. Many also referred to Facebook in some manner, though Musk himself never did, with some calling the social media platform Candy Crush Saga or Wii Tennis.

It's also worth mentioning that Musk made this tweet shortly after the Dark Souls Trilogy was made available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. But, at the time of this writing, there is no known correlation between its launch and this tweet. Nevertheless, it wouldn't be surprising to hear that this billionaire has picked up the aforementioned trilogy.

Of course, not every single game that Musk enjoys is known, but it's worth adding he has been a long time supporter of Overwatch. In fact, he has previously stated that he finds it "soothing."

Dark Souls is out now for PC, PS3, PS4, Switch, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
