Elon Musk, an eccentric billionaire, is known for the Tesla brand, his bizarre tweets, and the strange name X Æ A-Xii he and Grimes will be calling their child. One of his latest Tweets may be hinting that Grand Theft Auto may one day be available for play in Tesla cars.

Grand Theft Auto has been getting a lot of attention lately due to the announcement that  GTA 5 will be ported to the PS5 on release. While fans are excited that the game will carry over to the new console, they are also looking for something new. Elon Musk is hoping to change things up and give players a unique take on the Rockstar game.

Elon Musk has once again taken to Twitter to make some eccentric posts, with these ones revolving around the Grand Theft Auto games. He told his followers that it would only be "a matter of time before someone steals a Tesla while playing GTA on a Tesla." The phrasing of the Tweet left many fans confused. They were especially perplexed when he added that he meant the first post literally. While the string of words may have been difficult to understand, it appears that the SpaceX CEO is teasing GTA compatibility to Tesla vehicles.

Musk has previously spoken out about adding the ability to play multiplayer video games to Tesla cars. While this may seem alarming to some, he claims that this function would only be available to passengers of the vehicles when the games would be safe to play. When Tweeting about this idea initially in May, he brought up various games such as Minecraft, Pokemon Go, Pac-man, and Mario Cart.

Currently, Tesla owners can load and play 2-D games such as Cuphead with their cars, but there has been no official word that other games will be added save Musk's confusing Tweets. Rockstar Games has made no official statement in regard to these posts.

As Musk continues to Tweet Rockstar Games centric memes, fans can only wonder if GTA will be coming to Tesla. With Musk at the helm of such an endeavor, time will only tell whether or not this will be a reality in the future.
