The Ring of the Pale Order is one of the most effective jewelry items in the Elder Scrolls Online. In order to acquire it, players will have to find each of the five pieces of the ring, which are scattered across the playable maps in the game.

Some of the pieces have dedicated drops, and others are RNG drops from trash mobs or bosses. For that reason, it can be quite an undertaking to track down each of the five pieces. However, those that do so will get some incredible bonuses as a result. Gamers can follow the steps below to get their hands on the Ring of the Pale Order.

All Five Piece Locations

ESO Warrior

Every single piece of the Ring of the Pale Order has a primary spawn or drop zone. Players will need to travel to these locations if they want to find all of the pieces. None of the pieces themselves are dropped.

Each of the locations below detail where to find the leads, which will take players to the location of the items. Once gamers have one of the leads, it is a good idea to follow the scribe and dig up the fragment while they are in the area. It can be confusing to look for the fragments with multiple leads, as it is easy to forget which zone a fragment is in.

Pale Order's Golden Band

The first piece people will want to search for is the Pale Order's Golden Band. The band lead can be found underground in the Reach. Players can use one of the many Great Lifts to travel underground. From there, players will need to proceed east into the Nighthollow Keep. In the keep, the band lead will spawn in the top left corner of the rectangle in the center.

From the user's perspective, the Golden band will be on the right after the hallway before the stairs. The ring lead spawns on the small table in that location. Everyone will pass by the table if they go right as they head toward the center of the map. Sadly, the item is on a respawn timer, so it will not appear for a short time after another person has picked it up. After visiting the keep a few times, it will appear eventually.

To find this piece, players will need to defeat mobs in the Glenumbra public dungeon. Bosses will not drop the item lead, so people seeking out this piece will want to focus adds while in the dungeon. With RNG on their side, users can pick up the piece after a few playthroughs.

Aurmine Ancestral Signet

The Aurmine Ancestral Signet is another randomized lead drop that will appear in one of the chests in Bangkorai. Any chest in the zone has a chance to drop the item, and it is not clear what the drop probability is for a particular chest. One of the best methods to speed up the farming process is to loot delve chests periodically, as there are a handful of chests in each.

Direnni Elegy Loop

Next, players will need to travel over to the Alik'r Desert where they will need to find the Cold Rock Diggings delve and defeat the mini-boss there. This boss is guaranteed to drop the fourth piece's lead, but not on every playthrough.

Onyx Accent Stones

The final accessory lead for the Ring of the Pale Oder will drop from any of the world bosses in Wrothgar. Each of the world bosses is clearly marked on the map, making it easy to track them down for farming purposes. None of these bosses are 100% targets, so players will have to kill each one and rotate around until they eventually get the final piece.

Ring Of The Pale Order

With all of the pieces in hand, players will be able to equip the Ring of the Pale Order. The ring is the perfect accessory for a damage over time spec'd character, as it restores 18% of damage dealt. This means that DOT characters can continuously siphon a small portion of health from enemies over time. What results is the ability to create a DPS character that can solo a lot of instances.

Anyone struggling with the solo arenas in ESO will want to search for all of the pieces and get the item as soon as possible. While it may not be the most effective healing item for crits due to its healing cap of 2,750, it is one of the top accessories for max-level activities. Even people with bad luck will only have to spend a few hours to get all five pieces of the Ring of the Pale Order.
