A major new expansion is set to release for The Elder Scrolls: Legends later this month. The update is titled Houses of Morrowind, which indicates that the focus of the new expansion will center on the northeast corner of Tamriel. As expected, the expansion will include new cards and should hopefully give fans a deeper look at Morrowind.

Bethesda announced that The Elder Scrolls: Legends players will be transported to Vvardenfall and experience a new range of creatures and wildernesses in this new update, which releases on March 29th. The imminent release date means that fans will not have to wait long before getting their hands on the new set of cards.

Players may experience a much wider range within their decks due to the 140 increase of cards which will accompany this update. Additionally, fans may also be pleased by the increase in the maximum deck size which has been raised by 100 cards in order to accommodate the five houses and three attribute cards.

Creatures such as netches, cliff racers, and living gods will be included in this Morrowind expansion. Interestingly, The Elder Scrolls Online released its Morrowind expansion on the June 6th so fans may have already become familiar with these memorable characters. These characters also include Dagoth Ur and many members of the Houses of Morrowind.

Alongside the introduction of new cards and characters, the update will also add new game mechanics. Elder Scrolls: Legends players are used to their deck only containing two attributes, but this update will introduce cards with three attributes to the game. Moreover, five of the ten potential three-attribute sets will feature one of the major houses in Vvardenfell.

Overall, veteran The Elder Scrolls: Legends players should be excited by the prospect of new cards, new mechanics, and presumably a new meta for the online card game. What's more, the update should build off the popularity of The Elder Scrolls Online's Morrowind Expansion.

The Elder Scrolls: Legend Houses of Morrowind update will be available on March 29th for PC and mobile devices.
