Now that The Elder Scrolls: Blades early access is available to anyone willing to sign up for a Bethesda account, all fans of the franchise are able to dive in and see what the mobile game has to offer. In the early stages of The Elder Scrolls: Blades, fans are asked to rebuild their smoldering hometown, but they need the right resources to do it.

At the beginning of the game, The Elder Scrolls: Blades players will mostly need copper. Luckily, there are multiple ways that The Elder Scrolls: Blades players can get copper in the game.

Here are all the ways to get copper in The Elder Scrolls: Blades, besides the obvious methods of just slaying enemies and completing story quests like The Bloodfall Queen.

Jobs Board

Once players rebuild the Smithy, they will have access to the Jobs Board. Physically located near the Town Hall, Elder Scrolls: Blades players can also see the currently available jobs in the quest menus. Completing these jobs (which are basically just side quests that refresh daily) will net players rewards, including building materials like copper. These jobs will also get players chests that can be opened and sometimes have copper in them as well.

The Abyss

Early in the game, players can talk to a strange man in town to unlock the Abyss. They can then use the Abyss to farm for Wooden Chests, which will sometimes yield copper. Specifically, players can farm level 13 in the Abyss, which seems to guarantee a Wooden Chest each time.

Workshop

The final way to get copper in The Elder Scrolls: Blades is by purchasing items at the Workshop. The downside to this method is that players can only build the Workshop once their town hits level 3, so they will have to play the game awhile before this option will be available to them. Once it's built, copper can sometimes be purchased from the Workshop in exchange for gold coins.

Ultimately, as long as they keep their nose to the grindstone, Elder Scrolls: Blades players should eventually have enough copper to build whatever they want in town.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
