Yelough Anix Ruins are an ancient set of ruins located in the hidden area of the Mountaintops of the Giants in Elden Ring. Players need to be careful while exploring the Yelough Anix Ruins since the area is filled with enemies that use Frenzy to inflict Madness.
On the western side of the Yelough Anix Ruins is a semi-destroyed building that houses the entrance to the ruins. Moreover, there seem to be Rats and Trolls guarding an essential treasure locked inside the separate building.
Where To Find Yelough Anix Ruins In Elden Ring
The Yelough Anix Ruins can be found west of the Inner Consecrated Snowfield Site of Lost Grace, Mountaintops of the Giants in Elden Ring. Keep in mind that reaching the snowfield requires unlocking the secret area of the snowy region. Therefore, getting the two parts of the secret medallion; Haligtree Medallion (Left) and Haligtree Medallion (Right) is a crucial step. Next, teleport to the Grand Lift of Rold and use the Secret Medallion.
Once players unlock the Inner Consecrated Snowfield bonfire, head west past the two Giants dragging a caravan and past the ice spikes until the Yelough Anix Ruins are visible.
Yelough Anix Ruins Walkthrough In Elden Ring
Be careful, the moment players enter the Yelough Anix Ruins entrance, Giants and small Rats will be waiting to ambush. Proceed northwest into a different part of the ruins and take the stairs.
To gain access to the western part of Yelough Anix Ruins, kill the Troll sleeping inside the ruins. Luckily, Elden Ring Spirit Ash Summons are allowed for this battle.
After defeating the enemies, there should be a set of broken pillars to the left near the Golden Rune [13]. Summon Torrent the Spirit Stead, as making this jump is impossible without Torrent.
Next, climb the broken column and double jump to the separate building across. A set of stairs that leads down can be seen upon landing. Descend the stairs and open the closed gate to find a treasure chest, which contains the Unendurable Frenzy Incantation. It requires 31 Faith and takes one slot. Additionally, like the Elden Ring Vyke’s War Spear, it causes Madness to the user and the enemies.
To reach the final part of the ruins, advance northwest to the last part of the Yelough Anix ruins and fight the Frenzy enemies that are blocking the entrance.
Picking up the Eye of Yelough inside before proceeding might be helpful, as the Elden Ring Crafting Material is used to craft Clarifying Blouses, which heal Madness.
For the last item, enter a smaller building to find a Stonesword Key guarded by some Frenzied Rats.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Series X|S.
